Dog Walking

Treat your dog to an energy burning daytime walk while you are at work, leaving more time for cuddles on the couch when you arrive home.

Pricing

All bookings will be completed by one of our insured, experienced, pet first aid trained dog walkers.
No extra cost for extra dogs.
For our team's safety, we have a limit of 2 large or 3 small dogs per walker.

What's Included/How it Works

Step 1 - Submit an enquiry

Head on over to our contact page and use our enquiries form to let us know how we can help.

Step 2 - Our team will reach out

Once your enquiry has been received, someone on our team will be in touch to confirm our availability and to schedule a phone call to discuss logistics. Please allow up to 3 business days for a response.

Step 3 - Scheduled phone call

This call will help us to gather information to get a better understanding of your needs and requirements, and is also the perfect time for you to ask any questions you may have! This is also when we will schedule your complimentary meet and greet.

Step 4 - Update your profile

We have a fantastic client profile/scheduling system! You will receive an email asking you to activate and update your profile. These profiles have sections for you to input your personal information, as well as profiles for each pet in your home. There are sections for feeding, medical and behavioural information that can be readily accessed by your sitter while caring for your pets. This is also the system we use for scheduling, and once in the system clients can easily request bookings for the future.

Step 5 - Meet and Greet

Your assigned sitter will come to your home for a complimentary 30 minute meet and greet ahead of your booking. This is a great time to make sure that you, your pets and our sitter all feel comfortable with the arrangement going ahead, and for your sitter to be shown around the home. You will also receive vet permission forms for you to sign in case of a medical emergency.

Step 6 - Time for your appointment!

You will receive a notification through our system when your sitter arrives, along with a check in photo to confirm they are with your pets! Upon completion of the booking, a report card is emailed to you with notes from the sitter, any extra pictures taken and a GPS map of their location throughout (great for dog walks!).

Step 7 - Payment

Our system sends out invoices every Sunday that will include all bookings completed in the last 7 days. Payment can be made via bank transfer.

Step 8 - Review

We love any and all feedback! Please feel free to leave us a review on google, facebook or through our website here.

​

Step 9 - Rebook

If you would like to book our services again in the future, this can be easily done through our online booking platform now that you have a profile! Regular and repeat bookings are always welcomed.
