Jessie

Hello! My name is Jess and I am the founder of NPPS. While these days you’re more likely to find me behind the desk instead of holding a leash, the nature of this business means I am lucky enough to still get the opportunity to connect with animals on a regular basis. Betty
She/Her
From her childhood in Yugoslavia to now, “Aunty Betty” has always had an affinity for animals. In fact, Betty has been caring for our sweet angel Connie for the last 16 years! She is one of the only people I would trust to look after her now, and this trust has meant she has been welcomed with open arms to the NPPS team. Aunty Betty’s absolute favourite thing in the world is to curl up on the couch with furry friends and a good book, and as a result has been particularly popular with our feline clients. She is also very confident and capable in dog behaviour management, and even managed to teach our Connie how to use the dog door while we were away on holiday one year!
Stephen
He/Him
A lover of all animals, Stephen has been a very well received addition to our overnight care team! Having recently retired from driving local school buses, Stephen has ample time and care to give to our precious furry clients. Over his life he has owned and cared for many pets (including our beloved Connie) and Stephen has built up plenty of experience with all sorts of scenarios - daily insulin injections for his cat were part of his routine for many years! Professional, fit, friendly and reliable, Stephen has received nothing but rave reviews from all those he has cared for.
